Q: I live outside the United States, will you send my order to my country?
A: Unfortunately, we only ship to addresses within the United States at this time. However, we sometimes honor individual requests as custom orders. Please keep in mind that shipping will be around $30 and we don't ship all products to all countries. If you're interested, just sent an email to store@boltcreative.com


PRE-ORDERS

Q: My order contains an item that is a pre-order, when will it be shipped?
A: If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped when this item becomes available. The expected shipping date for the pre-order items are listed in the item description.


SHIPPING

Q: Can you ship my order to a different address?
A: We can only ship to the shipping address that is provided in your PayPal account - or, if you pay by credit card, we will ship your order to the billing address. We can not change the shipping address once the order is placed.

Q: How much does it cost to ship?
A: Shipping for all orders is  $6. Please note that for deliveries to a California address sales tax will be added on top of the product price and shipping costs.

 

Q: How long will it take to ship my order?
A: For most orders, shipping takes 3 to 5 business days.

 

Q: Can I track my order online?
A: Yes. You will receive a notification email with tracking number as soon as your order gets shipped.


Q: What should I do if my order was incomplete, I received the wrong products or the products were damaged? 
A: If there is something wrong with the content of your order, please contact our customer service at store@boltcreative.com and provide them with the full name the order was placed with, order number, shipping address and details of which items were missing, extra or damaged.


Q: What if the estimated delivery date has passed and I still don't have my order?
A: Please note that Estimated Delivery Dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that can affect the delivery of your order. However, we work with a world class fulfillment center and all orders can be tracked online to ensure fast and reliable delivery. If the tracking information indicates the package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors or family members. In some countries packages are occasionally left with neighbors, a building manager, or are placed somewhere relatively safe such as your porch or back yard. 


BILLING

Q: Do I need a Paypal account when I buy something from the Pocket Shop?
A: No. At checkout you can also choose to pay with any major credit card.


OTHER

Q: How can I select a different T-Shirt size?
A: Choose the size you'd like from the drop down menu. Confirm that you selected the size you wanted, then click "Add to basket". You can confirm the size you choose in your cart, by clicking the Pygmy with the shopping cart on the top right of the screen. The T-Shirt size will appear behind the T-Shirt title. For example: "Juniors Zombie Pygmy - Large". Choose the wrong size? No problem, just remove the tee from your cart by clicking "Remove".


Q: I live outside the United States, will you send my order to my country?

Q: How can I view the products in my basket?
A: Click on the Pygmy holding the cart on the top right of the screen. You can delete any items in your basket by clicking remove or changing the quantity to "0" and clicking “Update cart”.
